Our scope included:

  • Medical gas piping systems for oxygen, vacuum, and other critical gases.
  • Specialized drainage and waste systems designed to meet hospital-level sanitation standards.
  • ADA-compliant fixtures and restroom installations for accessibility and patient ease of use.
• Home-like amenities with durable, high-performance plumbing systems, including:
  • In-room private bathrooms, providing a comfortable, residential-style experience with hospital-level reliability.
  • Common areas and family spaces, featuring hydration stations, breakroom plumbing, and kitchenette fixtures for visiting loved ones.
  • On-site laundry and utility spaces, designed for high-volume use and infection control.
• Collaborative efforts to secure in-kind contributions, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Tight schedule coordination, working efficiently to meet project schedule goals while maintaining exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.
