• Ballroom and catering/kitchen support spaces, featuring:

  • Commercial-grade kitchen plumbing for food and beverage service operations.
  • High-capacity water heating systems to meet event-driven demand.
• Courtyard drainage systems, ensuring efficient stormwater management and preventing water accumulation in outdoor gathering areas.
